Ms. Ard, comes to Heroes 1st Incorporated with more than forty years of legal experience.  A graduate of University of Southern California (USC) with a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration.  She managed the legal staff of a prestigious national legal firm supporting almost one hundred attorneys. With many years of paralegal experience Glynda is a great asset to our organization and assists our clients with completing forms and legal referral services.  She is an integral part of the human resources team assuring we’re always employment compliant. 

 

As the Director of Legal & Human Resource Services, veterans can speak to a compassionate, knowledgeable and results driven member of our team.  Glynda has also spearheaded fund raising events benefiting multiple charitable organizations.

 

Glynda spends her free time with her grandchildren, traveling to tropical destinations and splashing in the ocean, although she can’t swim.
